The Fire-Rated PCGI Hinged Door is engineered to provide fire resistance, structural integrity, and safe compartmentalization in commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. Constructed using Pre-Coated Galvanized Iron (PCGI) sheets with a fire-rated core, these doors are certified to resist fire for up to 2 hours, helping to contain flames and smoke during emergencies.
Certified Fire Resistance
Tested and certified for 1-hour and 2-hour fire ratings as per national/international standards (BS / IS / UL-based, if applicable).
PCGI Door Construction
Pre-coated galvanized iron sheets offer excellent corrosion resistance and a smooth, durable finish — available in custom RAL colors.
Sturdy Hinged Design
Single or double leaf configurations available, with heavy-duty hinges and fire-rated hardware for long-term reliability.
Fire-Rated Core Materials
Filled with fire-resistant mineral core / honeycomb / rock wool / ceramic materials to prevent heat transfer and maintain structural strength under fire conditions.
Safety Hardware
Compatible with panic bars, fire-rated locks, door closers, electromagnetic holders, and vision panels with fire-rated glass.
Smoke Control Options
Optional intumescent seals and smoke strips enhance safety by minimizing smoke infiltration during a fire event.

SWG) thick galvanized steel sheet shutter sandwiching with Honeycomb or Rockwool materials in-between.
The door frames are manufactured from 1.2 MM (18 SWG) thick galvanized steel sheet pressed form to Double rebate profile of size 143mm X 60 mm. The door frame and door shutter are finished with Powder coated.
The use of fire rated doors is not restrained to large buildings or public buildings. They are usually needed in private houses and any other structure where the fire safety is important to protect the people inside.
