Clean room doors are flushed hinged doors. The flush construction prevents bacterial growth hence ensures perfect sterility in the room. It comes in single and double leaf doors depending on the width of clear passage required. These doors come in standard sizes but customization is also available as per special requirements and site conditions. 

Door leaf are made from 0.8mm Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron sheet formed to provide a 44 thick fully flush, double skin door shell with lock seam joints at the stile edges. Polyurethane is used as IN-FILL to give the required rigidity and effective acoustic insulation. 

Wall frames are produced from 3mm thick aluminum or powder coated galvanized steel sheet to single rebate profile of size 80mm X 50mm. The wall frames are installed on brick/block wall or plastered openings with the help of anchor fasteners. 

Border printed vision window of 44mm thick toughened sandwich type clear glass can be provided in any rectangular size to both side of the door leaf. These window glasses will be flushed with the door leaf. Stainless steel ball bearing butt hinges fixed to the door frame and door leaf for noiseless and friction free movement.

Mortise sash lock with lever handles or D- Handle, Mortise dead bolt, Mortise latch and concealed lever action flush bolt is provided to the leadings tile edge. Many other useful options are provided with the door like door closer, smoke seal for air tightness, drop seal at the bottom of the door, any size of rectangular vision window, kick plate, and stretcher plate.
