The Hermetic Flip-Flap PCGI Hinged Door is a bi-directional, self-closing door system designed for quick access and hygiene control in high-traffic environments. Constructed using Pre-Coated Galvanized Iron (PCGI), this door offers robust performance, affordable durability, and basic air sealing, making it ideal for clean areas, healthcare spaces, and industrial environments.
Flip-Flap hinged door open both side (outward and inward) with the help of the specialized hinges. It comes in single and double leaf doors depending on the width of clear passage required. These doors come in standard sizes but customization is also available as per special requirements and site conditions.
Door leaf are made from 0.8mm powder coated galvanized iron (PCGI) sheet formed to provide a 44 thick fully flush, double skin door shell with lock seam joints at the stile edges. Polyurethane is used as IN-FILL to give the required rigidity and effective acoustic insulation.
Border printed vision window of 44mm thick toughened sandwich type clear glass can be provided in any rectangular size to both side of the door leaf. These window glasses will be flushed with the door leaf.
