The hermetically PPGI (Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron) sliding door. It can be made of single leaf as well as double leaf. The door is developed specially for operation theaters and sterile areas. Normally an operation theater runs on over pressure. At this pressure any leakage losses will still not be measurable due to the hermetic sealing property of the door.

Core of the door blade is 60mm thick and has 1mm thick without joint premium grade PPGI sheet on both side of 58mm thick injected polyurethane. This door core is framed with extruded aluminum profiles finished with natural anodizing. Smart radius and curves on the edges makes the door cleaning very easy.

Specially designed lever opener made out of solid stainless steel is there to ensure effortless opening and closing of the door. The door blade comes with toughed glass sandwich vision window, flushed with both side core surfaces of the door. Special Design of 3 tier EPDM sealing gasket to seal the aluminum wall frame and 2 tier bottom gasket fixed on the lower part of door blade to ensure perfect hermetic sealing with finished floor.
