Manufactured using Pre-Coated Galvanized Iron (PCGI) with a fire-resistant core, these doors are tested and certified for 1-hour or 2-hour fire resistance, offering safety without compromising space efficiency.

Filled with non-combustible materials such as mineral wool or honeycomb ceramic to maintain structural integrity under extreme temperatures.
Fail-Safe Auto-Close Function
Automatic sliding versions are equipped with a gravity-based counterweight system or magnetic release, ensuring door closure during power or alarm-triggered events.
Optional Fire-Rated Vision Panel
Can be customized with fire-resistant glass for visibility while meeting safety codes (optional feature, if allowed by local regulations).
Hermetic fire rated door comes with of 48 mm thick FIRE Check door of 120 minutes Fire rating confirming to BS ;476 Part-22 and IS: 3614 Part-II Fabricated with 2 nos. 0.8 mm (22
SWG) thick galvanized steel sheet shutter sandwiching with Honeycomb or Rockwool materials in-between. The door frame, track, canopy and door shutter are finished with Powder coated.
The use of fire rated doors is not restrained to large buildings or public buildings. They are usually needed in private houses and any other structure where the fire safety is important
to protect the people inside.
