The Semi-Hermetic Sealed PPGI with 2mm Lead-Lined Hinged Door is a cost-effective and durable solution for radiation-shielded environments where moderate airtight sealing, hygiene, and radiation protection are required. Built using Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron (PPGI) and internally lined with 2mm lead, this door is designed to provide both safety and functionality in medical and laboratory settings.

Anti-Radiation sliding doors are basically hermetically sealed doors with 2mm thick lead inside. These doors are specially designed for rooms with radiation shielding requirements.
Anti-radiation sliding doors have 2mm thickness of lead lining inside that comply with AERB(Atomic Energy Regulatory Board) requirements for the X-Ray shielding doors. 3 sided aluminum wall frame also comes with 2 mm lead inlay. Anti-Radiation doors can also with stand up to 75Pa over pressure. At this pressure any leakage losses will still not be measurable due to the hermetic property of the door. 44 mm thick door core consists of 0.8 mm thick pre-painted galvanized iron sheet on sides, 2 mm thick lead lining and 40.4 mm thick high pressure injected polyurethane.
The door also provides noise insulation up to 28db. Wall frames are produced from 3mm thick aluminum or powder coated galvanized steel sheet to single rebate profile of size 80mm X 50mm. The 2mm lead also infill in wall frames. As an option 10 mm thick lead glass having minimum lead capacity equivalent to 2.2mmpb with clear view of 300x300mm, sandwich type window Stainless steel ball bearing butt hinges fixed to the door frame and door leaf for noiseless and friction free movement.
Mortise sash lock with lever handles or D-Handle, Mortise dead bolt, Mortise latch and concealed lever action flush bolt is provided to the leadings tile edge. Many other useful options are provided with the door like door closer, smoke seal for air tightness, drop seal at the bottom of the door, any size of rectangular vision window, kick plate, and stretcher plate.
